Hey folks! I know I haven't written anything for a while. But hey! I'm writing now. So... what's new? Let's see... My holidays are here, my favorite game stopped working but I'm fixing that, I've been writing like crazy and now my story is on Wattpad! Yep, my story "Deadly Immortal" is on Wattpad. I can be found there under the name of Selene Witchcraft, by the way. But really, I finally took that step and put my story out there. Damn, I'm proud of myself. And all because I'm a little bit sensitive about critics to my work. I mean, I accept them and everything, but only if they don't tell me something like «Your story sucks and you are a lousy writer!» right away. Constructive critics are the best, yes...
Anyway! What have you guys been up to? Yes, this time I'm not going to put my questions in the post... Just say whatever you want, if you want that is.
Love you guys! xoxo

Caramel Apples! Yum!
So... Yesterday I was looking for ghost stories and stuff like that, and ended up in the wikipedia website. Somehow, I went from ghost stories in the US to facts about Halloween and its traditions. One of the things people usually eat its caramel apples. So, I went to find a recipe, something easy to do, you know? And know, because of my love for ghost stories I'm eating a caramel apple and it's pretty good! (although I was the only one brave enough to try it in my household...)
I was thinking... Does anyone know some good recipes, for desserts, candy and stuff like that, that you would like to share? I would apreciate it, since I'm trying to become more active in the kitchen (I'm 15. Cut me some slack, okay? I'm still getting used to real food, although I love to bake cakes.)
As for real news... I'm now in a penpal site! And I'm actually liking it. There are some really cool people around there that I wouldn't get a chance to met any other way. Oh, and I got a polish penpal. She's a really sweet girl (: And my english teacher from my languages school is trying to get me a penpal from the UK at my request. Cool, right? If you want the link to the penpal site, just ask (:
My questions:
1) Do you like to cook? Why or why not, and what do you enjoy cooking the most?
2) Would you like to have a penpal? Where in the world?

So...
Hi! I guess. Anyway, I'm sick. My head hurts, I almost can't breath with my nose and I completely lost my appetite. Oh, and I'm always cold, it's like my hands and my feet were in a refrigerator for hours. I completely hate it. And if this wasn't good enough to go already, I think I'm getting a fever and I have to go to school, doesn't matter how I feel. Right now, I'm one of those teens who are thinking somewhere between the lines of "damn, I hate to be sick" and "shoot, my life really sucks". But, oh well, every life must have its share of drama, right?
Moving swiflty on... I didn't come to my blog to tell you that I'm sick. I'm writing this post to tell you two things, mainly: first, I've been reading some really awesome stories of two sites named Wattpad and Inkpop that I think you should try; secondly and finally, I've completed the first chapter of my story, Deadly Immortal (I'm working on the title, but it sounded good at the time...). So, what do you guys think? And how about giving me some love and tell me how much you like this blog? xb (just kidding)
The Questions:
1) Do you like drama? Why?
2) Have you ever tried any reading sites? And if so, did you like them? (Why?)(Could you send me the links?)

Out with the old, in with the new
Christmas came and went, and so did New Year. Now, we are in a new year. A year people say it'll be worse than the last. So much for out with the old, in with the new, if it's going to be even more difficult to get by, just barely, in some countries. But I guess that's the way the cookie crumbles.
Anyway, today I'm in the mood for idioms (you might have noticed that already) and sayings. Of course, this couldn't be better, because I think I finished the first chapter of the story I'm writing. But because I haven't edited it yet, I really don't know. I found a really good saying to this: "Write your first draft with your heart. Re-write it with your head." from the movie Finding Forrester. Why did I think it was a good saying? Well, you see, when you are trying to be a writer, you write every good thought that crossed your mind and transform it, mixing it with other thoughts. For me, I just start writing what comes to my mind, not even thinking about it. All I plan is the characters, nothing more (some writers might consider that I mistake, and some others might not consider me a writer at all, but I try). When I review what I wrote, I'm usually looking out for mistakes, parts that I don't like and stuff like that; I'm rewriting with my head, not my heart. That's why I thought it was a good saying, you see? I can identify myself with the saying.
The questions:
1) How was your Christmas? And your New Year?
2) What idioms and sayings do you know, without looking it up in the net?
